When Life Hands You Fruit …. Make Your Own DIY Enzyme Mask!

Oranges are full of vitamin C! Did you know orange intake increases the production of collagen by keeping the skin firm and supple? Well, now you do! Stop the anti-aging process and have your daily dose of oranges! DIY orange mask and ward off aging and wrinkles!

Kiwis are an amazing source of vitamin E which helps regenerate cells while hydrating skin.  Kiwis are rich in Vitamin C, full of antioxidant, and are included in  most anti-aging products and serums. Did you know that kiwis actually contain roughly twice as much Vitamin C as oranges?

Peaches are beautiful, delicious, and packed with Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, beta carotene, potassium, magnesium, and selenium, and they help to protect your skin from hazardous ultraviolet rays and free radicals? You may boil the fruit until soft, then gently mash it with a fork and apply it on your face, the peels may be used for cleansing the skin! Voila’! Peachaliscious!

Apricot oil contains essential linoleic and oleic acid, as well as Vitamin A, these fruit acids easily penetrate the skin by gently repairing damaged skin without unwanted side effects.  Apricot oils are fantastic for sensitive, irritated skin and the anti-inflammatory agents may soothe skin disorders such as dermatitis and eczema. Please note, always consult your doctor before trying any new treatments.

Lemons are rich in vitamin C and citric acid which help brighten and lighten the skin. Vitamin C is a great antioxidant for neutralizing free radicals and boosting collagen production. If you choose to use lemons, lemon juices to help lighten age spots, dark spots, or a fake tan gone orange, always use sunscreen!
